Update - Coronavirus (COVID 19)

Unfortunately due to the escalating COVID 19 situation and following Government advice/instruction, we have closed our Rochdale showroom until further notice.

Our online team will continue to be available Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm by phone and by email and we are continuing to take orders via our website. Our dispatch team are still working albeit on reduced hours and reduced staff numbers however we are still able to send items via courier for the time being, please be aware dispatch/delivery times may be slower than usual due to the ongoing situation.

New Office Furniture

Currently we are still delivering new office furniture throughout the UK, however no installation service will be available until further notice. Our couriers will deliver furniture flat packed/boxed and will observe social distancing as per Government instruction. 

Please be aware that delivery times/estimates will vary at the current time due to the ongoing COVID 19 situation. 

Used Office Furniture

Until further notice we are unable to deliver used office furniture via our 'Free Local Delivery' service. However we are able to have items prepped so they can be collected (non-contact) from our Rochdale warehouse. Please contact us to discuss this and we will do our best to arrange this with you. 

We are also still able to send used furniture items via national couriers (such as office chairs and desks). Please contact us to discuss this or for a quote. 

Stationery, IT & Other Small Items 

Our online and dispatch teams are currently still available and we are able to send stationery items, IT and other products which can be posted at the present time. Please allow extra time for delivery during the current situation. 

Online Auctions

Our current auction will continue as normal. Collections have been postponed for the time being and will be rearranged as soon as we are able to do so. Small items can be posted as normal and information on this will be sent to all successful bidders once the auction has finished. 

Staff

• Our public showroom is closed until further notice and we have reduced staff numbers to the point where social distancing can be practiced. We have taken additional steps of providing all staff with clear information on the virus, methods of control and NHS / Government websites for their reference.

• We have equipped our premises with several hand sanitising stations and are continuing to undertake additional cleaning procedures.

• We expect any employee suffering from the recognised symptoms of the corona virus infection to not come into work and stay home.
